Nope! We offer three levels of support: day-of coordination, planning partnership, and full-service planning. Whether you just need us to run the show on event day or want us to take care of everything from start to finish, we’ve got you covered.
The earlier the better — especially for full-service planning. Ideally, we like to start planning at least 8–12 weeks before your event. For day-of support, 4–6 weeks in advance is usually enough (depending on the scope).
Absolutely — especially if you book our full-service package. We can support with basic marketing assets, emails, and strategy for getting the word out, or collaborate with your marketing team if you have one.
Yes! Travel is welcomed and quoted separately. We’re based in [your city], but we love packing a carry-on and showing up where the magic needs to happen.
